Yu Ying, a writer and photographer, has previously worked as a journalist and editor. She currently resides in Fuling, Chongqing. With over 500,000 words of published works spanning essays, personal reflections, travelogues, and literary reportage, she specializes in portrait photography and humanistic documentary work. Since 2021, she has been teaching herself painting and has created nearly 100 artworks to date.
