Zhong Lewen, a plastic artist (sculpture, painting, installation art), became a member of the French Artists Association in 2015. She graduated from the Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Brittany in 2014 and 2010. She received a postgraduate diploma and an undergraduate diploma with the best results. In 2014, she studied at the Pascal-Jaouen Embroidery Art School for one year. In 2013, she conducted a three-month exchange study at the Valais School of Arts in Switzerland. In 2008, she graduated from Nanchang University with a bachelor's degree in sculpture. Since 2012, she has participated in various art exhibitions in France and China. In 2017, she held a solo exhibition at the Pascal Pascal-Jaouen Gallery in Quimper, Brittany, France. In 2019, a solo exhibition was held at the Women's Space Gallery in Paris.

The Origin of the World by Gustave Courbet presents a woman's body leading to criticism of the morality of our society, but we can imagine the life of humans comes from women's bodies, including men. In this work, on the outside presents a sexy body, on the other hand inside the female body symbolizes human birth.

In the series of my works, I borrow the shape of the women's body, where in the very well- known paintings, linking the IUD is a tattoo on the body, nevertheless an imprint of women, to express a contradiction: Contraception and procreation; but to be accepted and choose for yourself. I present a relationship between the self, the family and contemporary society, to study the role of women.

In my works I use the notion of Libito creandi by Antoinette Fouque, proposes a new methodology combining psychoanalysis and politics (a practice that she called Psychoanalysis and Politics), concluding that the desire for female fertility is the most primitive and fundamental creativity, inseparable from the drive to create, a double skill that she calls libido creandi, (or uterine) which means as much reproductive creation (procreation) as artistic creation (creation). This creativity is completely equitable and counterbalanced against masculine creativity.

尔⻉的那副著名的《世界起源》,展现出令人窥探私处的冲动感的同时,使我们去思考这不仅是肉体 上的视觉张力,更是一种任何人不能逃避的伦理道德的社会秩序。画面中女性身体的展示,凸显人 类起源于—母性空间。通过女性的身体,最终孕育出生命。

作品中,借用名画中女性的身体,结合避孕环的形象,体现出女性所追求的事业与日常琐事之间的 一种不可调和的矛盾与冲突。

在作品中借用了安托瓦内特-福克所说的子宫里比多,一种创作力完全与男性相对等,抗衡。作品中 女性身体与避孕环的结合引申出一种无形的力量,从一个领域引领到另一个领域,从一个话语转到 另一个话语,从懵懂混沌回到真实清晰的世界。
